The Position

You will be responsible for the analysis of key market and competitive dynamics at a global level with the final goal to identify future expected trends for new products/assets under evaluation and LCM projects in line with company strategic roadmap and priority.

The candidate will be responsible for developing Business Case and Forecasting Scenarios in the short, medium, and long-term, including all parameters for marketing, business and financial evaluation.

Key responsibilities:

•Analyze a number of therapeutic areas in different geographies focusing on the key business drivers.

•Define expected market and product trends starting from a deep market understanding.

•Ability to analyze different business models: from specialty care to primary care and non-prescription areas, taking into consideration market dynamics, patient funnel, competitive scenario and HCP evaluation, needs and compliance.

•Guarantee the development and execution of ad-hoc templates for both high level evaluation as well as deep assessment to support launch readiness plan.

•Lead collaboration with external agencies / consultants to build ad-hoc deep-dive evaluations.

 

Requirements

To be eligible for this role you need to have a solid experience (at least 5 years) in pharmaceutical companies or consulting companies dealing with pharma projects. You hold an Economics or Statistic degree and have a fluent business English.

Other required skills:

•Analytical mindset joined to a strong business sense.

•Ability to navigate different market data tools and sources to understand market dynamics.

•Highly collaborative, must be able to manage the needs of multiple internal stakeholders.

•Strong communication skills, also in presentation at global team meetings.

•Strong project management skills and capability in juggling priorities so that deadlines are met

•Microsoft Office, Tools for forecasting, Knowledge of Forecasting Technics as well as Primary and Secondary data Experience.

•Excellent knowledge of IQVIA database and other secondary data source.
