About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Executive to lead and drive talent acquisition initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, stakeholder management, employer branding, and talent strategy, with a proven ability to attract and hire top-tier professionals in competitive markets.

As a Senior Talent Executive, you will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-level, senior-level, and executive positions.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning objectives.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent through multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition practices.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and talent acquisition team members.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting senior-level and specialized talent across multiple functions.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in international or multi-country recruitment environments.
  • Professional certifications in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or scaling initiatives.
